It is also well-known that aluminium is a far better heat conductor than steel. Therefore, products in the Impact range are constructed with an aluminium core base which is surrounded by stainless steel that makes the series suitable for all cook tops, including induction.

Pyrolux Universal glass lid fits perfectly on pots or pans that measures 26cm to 30cm. Featuring a silicone rim to help cushion the lid from accidental knocks, this tempered glass lid also features a heat resistant silicone knob that stays cool to the touch so you can safely lift the lid when cooking.
