Pasta machine rolls out dough evenly to a desired thickness through tensioned stainless steel rollers. Sheets of dough are then rolled through the cutting blades to create fresh pasta ribbons or sheets.

Makes 140mm wide lasagne sheets, and includes cutting blades for 6mm wide fettuccine and 1.5mm wide linguine.
