Shipping within Australia

Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days for metro areas; regional areas may take longer.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery is free for most small items. Larger items may attract a delivery fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

To ensure a contactless and efficient delivery, our couriers may offer Authority to Leave (ATL) for your package. If you select ATL at checkout, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe location at your delivery address. Please note:

  • Once the package is marked as delivered, Boutique Retailer is not responsible for loss or theft.
  • If a safe location is unavailable, the courier may leave a notification card for pickup at a local depot or post office.

International Shipping

Processing Times:

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 5-21 business days.

Customs and Duties:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please contact your local customs office for further information about these fees.

Shipping Rates:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Missed Deliveries

Customer Responsibility:

  • Ensure you provide a valid and complete delivery address.
  • Items returned to us due to an invalid address or non-collection from a courier hub will incur a $15 restocking fee.

Re-Delivery Fees:

  • Re-delivery requests incur a handling fee of $10 plus additional shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with a tracking number for your convenience. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

We work with a trusted panel of couriers to ensure timely deliveries. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed or missing:

  • Contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • We will liaise with the courier to investigate and provide updates.

Please note that Boutique Retailer is not responsible for parcels that have been marked as delivered but are reported missing. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Additional Information

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for certain items.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
